The Management of REFRACTARIOS DAVID SOLIS S.L. establishes this Quality Policy in order to disseminate and communicate the quality principles that govern the manufacture of products and the provision of services to our customers, as well as to meet regulatory requirements.

Customer satisfaction is established as a final objective and premise in the actions carried out by all the staff of REFRACTARIOS DAVID SOLIS S.L.

REFRACTARIOS DAVID SOLIS S.L. It is committed to the quality of its products, always dedicating itself to improving its products and giving our customers extensive experience in the field of refractory materials, in order to meet the toughest demands of the current market.

The Management deploys this Policy through a Quality System developed according to the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard and materialized through the Quality Manual and documents of the System. The defined requirements are mandatory for all staff of REFRACTARIOS DAVID SOLIS S.L.

Quality objectives are established to evaluate the effectiveness of the system and develop continuous improvement of the quality system.
